When a high-end cuisine reinvents a traditional flavour, it is essential to know its characteristic and combination of the main five flavours to guarantee the equilibrium: sweet, bitter, sour, spicy, salty. The Chef Massimiliano Poggi will illustrate and explain his interpretation of the flavours in a fun and unique educational meeting.

At the end of the meeting, you will have a lunch or dinner with 5 courses selected by the Chef.
